A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit (usually 25–50% of the total trip cost).
Full payment must be completed before the trip departure date.
We accept payments via bank transfer, card, or cash (as agreed).
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 80% refund.
Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip.
No refund for no-shows or early departures.
All clients must have valid travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking, emergency evacuation, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.
Proof of insurance is required before the trip begins.
Clients must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the trip.
It is the client's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or allergies before booking.
