Booking and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit (usually 25–50% of the total trip cost).

  • Full payment must be completed before the trip departure date.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, card, or cash (as agreed).

Cancellation and Refund

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 80% refund.

  • Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip.

  • No refund for no-shows or early departures.

Travel Insurance

  • All clients must have valid travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking, emergency evacuation, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.

  • Proof of insurance is required before the trip begins.

Health and Fitness

  • Clients must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the trip.

  • It is the client's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or allergies before booking.
