As per your itinerary, your Everest Base Camp trek begins upon your arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport. At the airport, our team will be there to welcome you with our agency logo, after a short introduction, and assist with your transfer to the Hotel by private vehicles.
After checking in at your Hotel, you can recover and relax from your long journey, and in the evening you can explore the vibrant streets of Thamel, and enjoy your shopping there.

After your breakfast, you can visit yourself near Thamel, where you can explore some museums inside Thamel. After your lunch, our experienced guide will check your gear list for the upcoming trek, and if there is something left, you can buy it in the outdoor shop.
In the evening, you will meet your fellow team members on the Everest Base Camp Trek, and there will be interaction among guides and the team. Your guide will give you a detailed briefing about the upcoming days and some safety tips during the treks.

After your breakfast, you will board a helicopter flight toward Lukla. Lukla is the gateway to the Everest base camp trek. Your first hike will begin from Lukla village. Lukla village is known for Tenzing Hillary Airport, which is a settlement of Sherpa, Rai, and Tamang. At Lukla, you will find a bank, a local shop, and a hospital. Leaving behind Lukla, you will pass through the Pasang Lhamu Sherpa gate, where you can see the statue of the legendary first female climber. You will have lunch at Cheplung or Thadokoshi, depending on the schedule. You will cross some suspension bridges between Lukla and Phakding.
Along the way, you can see the houses made with stone and tin roofs, Stonewall mani (prayer written in Tibetan language), prayer wheels, and some monasteries (Gumba) in red colour. You can enjoy a stunning view of Kusum Kanguru and Farak Ri from Thadokoshi village along the Thado Koshi River. In spring, you can enjoy your trek with the blooming Rhododendron flowers. Upon your arrival in Monju, you can take some rest, and if you have some time, you can roam around Phakding.

After you have breakfast, your trek begins around 8 AM from Phakding. You will walk through the Dhudhkoshi trails. Enjoying beautiful villages and a picturesque mountain view above the human settlements. You will see the farm of potatoes, apples, and barley along the way to Namche. You will have lunch in Monju. After a few hours of rest, your trek begins again toward Namche.
On the way, you will see Doban (two suspension bridges). After an hour of walking, you will reach Namche village, which is often called Namche Bazaar. Namche is a facility with shops, a cafe, a bakery, comfortable lodges, a museum, and others.

Acclimatization day is designated as a rest day during ascent to high altitude. After you have breakfast, you will head toward the Everest View Point for a stunning panoramic view of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and other Himalayan giants. We dedicate this day as an acclimatization day, which is the backbone of the itinerary, and plays an important role during the trek and expedition. For people who gradually ascend to high altitude, an acclimatization day helps you to adjust your body to thin air to avoid Altitude sickness.
After your lunch, you can take a rest, and if you want to roam Namche, you can go and explore Namche village and the nearby Mountain Museum, where you can enjoy or learn many things about mountain culture and history. You can enjoy the fresh bakery items of Namche. After that, take a good rest and save energy for the upcoming trek to Everest Base Camp.

After two nights of staying in Namche, your trek begins around 7 AM. After having breakfast, you will walk towards Debuche with rise of the morning sun from the east. Leaving behind the Namche Bazaar, you will walk through the Everest base camp routes. During Spring, your trails follow a blooming Rhododendron forest with a breathtaking view of Amadablam, Everest, Nuptse, and Thamserku.
On the way, you will descend through long, dense rhododendron flowers and birch forest along prayer wheels turning in the streams. Around 1 PM, you will arrive at the Tengboche monasteries (Gumba). Tengboche gumba is known as the spiritual heart of the Khumbu, which was founded in 1916. This is the largest monastery (gumba) of the Buddhists in the region. When you enter the Tengboche monastery, please take off your shoes and don't photograph inside the monastery because it is prohibited. After spending some hours in Tengboche, your trek begins toward Debuche. Debuche is a small settlement buddhist settlement where you can roam around.

After having breakfast, our journey toward Dingboche will start around 8 AM with a stunning view of the mountains. Your trail begins from the suspension bridge over the Imja River (Khola). You will climb gently for an hour toward Pangboche. Pangboche is the home of the sherpa, and you will pass through Shomare and Pheriche after lunch. You will walk along the Imja River below with rising Lhotse above the valley.
Upon your arrival in Dingboche, you will mesmerize the beauty of the Imja Valleys, and you will walk through stoned walled potatoes fields of Dingboche. Dingboche is a unique village where people migrants toward lower part during the lockdown every year, where people don't fire their chulo (chimney/stove) and stop any activity during the lockdown. They believe in spiritual rest for nature. From Dingboche, you can mesmerize the view of golden Amadablam and the surrounding Himalayan giants.

After your breakfast, today's trail ascends steadily through the upper Khumbu Valley, passing yak pastures, alpine landscapes, and the famous memorial site dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Everest and nearby peaks. Along the way, you can enjoy the magnificent views of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Pumori, and the Khumbu Glacier. You will have lunch in Thukla, which is spelled as Dughla. On the way, you can see a dozen of stones memoriall and Chortens built for climbers and Sherpas who lost their lives on Everest. Upon arriving in Lobuche, settle into the lodge and take time to rest while preparing for the next stage of the trek. Proper hydration and rest are essential as you move closer to Everest Base Camp. Lobuche is a settlement of Sherpas, and this is the last settlement for the Lobuche Expedition team.

Today’s trail takes you along the rugged trail beside the Khumbu Glacier toward Gorakshep, the final settlement before Everest Base Camp. Standing at the foot of Everest is a truly unforgettable experience for you.
